Payment, refunds & scope

When do I pay?

After we confirm scope and final pricing. You approve the scope first; we then issue an invoice and begin once payment is received. No payment is taken before you've approved the scope.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if we cannot complete the review (e.g. inaccessible repository or documented force majeure). Once the evidence freeze has been completed, the fee is non-refundable. Raise any dispute within 5 business days of delivery.

Do you offer volume or retainer arrangements?

Yes — for PE, VC, and agencies with recurring needs. Use the Request Verification form to discuss volume pricing.

Is VAT included?

Prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%) where applicable. VAT is shown separately on your invoice.

Can I upgrade my package?
